Refund policy

We only accept returns on Allwrong garments in the event that you received a damaged product from our end. Please do refer size charts for confirmation on sizes and expect an oversized and relaxed fit. ​

To start a return, you can contact us at allwrongmovement@gmail.com with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
