Shipping Policy

All orders are sent tracked and signed via Shiprocket.
 

In Coming Soon orders expect 10-15 business days to ship. Items that are available to shop will take 5 - 7 business days to reach you.

Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be shared with you on your email.

Products have different delivery time as mentioned above. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit. 

Shipping Pan India is free for you and on us.

Return Policy

We only accept returns on Allwrong garments in the event that you received a damaged product from our end. Please do refer size charts for confirmation on sizes and expect an oversized and relaxed fit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at allwrongmovement@gmail.com with relevant imagery and information of your order and we will process an exchange/ refund immediately.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit of your clothing and want to exchange it for another size, You can mail it to us at allwrongmovement@gmail.com

 

However, in such a case you have to pay a fixed shipping charge of 200/- INR. ​

 

Refunds Policy


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
